Every Electric Vehicle: A 2021 round-up of 75 EVs

A few years ago, you could easily count the number of available battery electric vehicles on two hands. Well, things have changed dramatically since then, as the fantastic video below – from Fully Charged’s Robert Llewellyn – shows quite clearly.

Now we see new electric vehicles (EVs) being announced all the time, from Swiss company Micro’s new electric microcar to classics such as the Volkswagon ID.3. What’s more, by 2025, an impressive 400 EVs are expected to be on sale, so your pool of EVs to choose from is expanding at pace.

It’s not just EVs that are booming, however. Infrastructure and funding aren’t far behind. The government’s recent announcement of an additional £20 million funding boost to increase the number of EV charge points in towns and cities across the UK is a good example of this.

Indeed, a new Zap-Map survey has revealed key trends in Britain’s thriving electric vehicle market, such as the rise in usage of high-powered charge points.
