Evolve network guide
Evolve is the main EV charging network on the island of Jersey, operated by utilities provider Jersey Electricity. Part of the Charge Your Car system, the network allows EV drivers to charge in public, and accessible by drivers with an Evolve, Charge Your Car, or Polar membership.
Access is via RFID card or app, with users having first signed up for an account. Once registration is complete, the points can be used on a pay-as-you basis. Evolve charge points are free to use after the monthly membership cost, and are in car parks across the island.

Evolve network access
Access to the Evolve network is made via either an RFID card or a smartphone app. Alternatively, if the user has no RFID card, they can pay by phone upon arrival.
Finding Evolve points on Zapmap
All Evolve points can be found on Zap-Map by using the network filter. This can be used on the desktop and mobile apps, and displays only those points available to use by Evolve members and customers of associated networks.
Charging types and speeds can be filtered too, showing only those points that are compatible with users’ cars.
